We Need You - Volunteer at UV Today!

Any time you can give, our school community is appreciated and goes a long way toward making Uthoff Valley a great place for our students to learn and grow. We have a variety of volunteer opportunities that can fit your schedule!

Getting started is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

Our volunteer signup outlines opportunities, and other opportunities are shared through the Viking Voice and Parent Square throughout the year. If you sign up to help with a PTO event, the event chairperson will contact you regarding what help is needed. Opportunities throughout the year include:
Work one-on-one with students in small groups or individually
Assist in the library, art room, copy room, or with special teacher-led, school-wide events
Help with planning and organizing PTO events, coordinating Caring School Community activities, or serving as a board member
Work a brief shift at a PTO event, assisting students with crafts, serving food or leading a game station, or assisting with setup or cleanup
Donate or prepare supplies for class parties or help lead an activity during a class party.
Donate materials to support events or cook dishes to share

After completing volunteer training (either on the first day of school or at a later date with Mrs. Thorne or Mrs. Harr), you're welcome to start signing up for opportunities that interest you! You can complete the volunteer sign-up form by clicking here, contacting a PTO board member, or talking to your child's teacher to find the right opportunity.
