2. PTO Board Member Reports if needed:

1. Fundraising 

• Horns Up: Viking Quest: September 13th
  • GOAL $8,000
  • ACTIVITIES - 9 SQUARE (BORROW FROM BOWLES), DUNK BOOTH (REACH OUT FOR TEACHER VOLUNTEERS, 2 DESSERT TRUCKS (WITH KICKBACK), 50/50 RAFFLE, SCAVENGER HUNT, 4 RAFFLE PRIZES, RSVP’S GOING OUT SOON
• Paghetti's Dine to Donate: September 23rd
• City 2 Game: September 28th 4 pm: Tickets on Sale 
• Spirit Wear Sale - online store closes 9/1/25

 

2. Support 

• Volunteer Sign Ups  
• Friday Folders- help stuff the school wide folders on Friday morning at 9 am 
• Lost and Found - follow the Facebook page and keep up to date with what is missing. Please mark items like coats, water bottles, lunch boxes, hats and gloves with name and number.
• Stock the Lounge - in place of our Fab Fun Fridays. The PTO sponsored this for the month of August. Each month a grade level or group will sponsor providing drinks and goodies for the amazing UV Staff.
• Birthday Buddies: Sign up to help celebrate the UV staff members with a $10 monetary or gift card donation.
• Helping Hands- sign up to donate fruit for families facing food insecurity.

 

3. Events 

• Trunk or Treat is October 24th. Consider decorating a trunk for this all school event! More info to follow in the next few months.
  • FOOD TRUCK (15% KICKBACK)

 

4. Caring School Community (CSC) 

• All Pro Dad- first meeting 10/1/25 @ 8:00 am. Drinks and Donuts provided

• Dude Crew: first Meeting 9/3
  • 1/15 FAMILY GAME NIGHT
