• Teacher Reimbursement- $200 with turned in receipts. (Ashley can you confirm this amount)

 

3. Fundraising 

• Count Me In- 9/3-10/31 - $10,000 Goal - Running total: $3,300 raised in the first "live" week.  Amanda Burnett was the first winner and she has been texted- I will keep track of our winners.  I updated the flyer and sent it to Danna for this week's viking voice.  Thermometer has been colored in (if we can drag it outside a couple times a week for parent pick up that would be helpful - but no big deal)

Next week’s drawing is for VIP parking to Trunk or Treat!

 

• City 2 Game  9/15 -  We have 149 tickets sold as of last Friday. We have met the incentive to have our school name displayed at half time and a post match photo on the field. Amy Leon will get more information on how this is to be coordinated. Seating is General Admission and not assigned.The entire east side sections will open which is section 100-110. However, they are expecting a good crowd so we may also see the Southside of the stadium open their sections behind the goal which is 150-143.

• Spring Fundraiser- We need to decide/book which company we are going with for entertainment.  I haven't heard back from Kristine Maksimovich (via FaceBook message) but we are hoping Megan Ferguson has more information.  Mandy is going to see her and ask.
• Spirit Wear- sale was extended. Spirit Wear orders will be delivered to UV and sent home with students.

1. Presidents’ Forum Annual PTO Leadership Conference:

RSVP for the Leadership Conference September 11, 2024 at 5:30-8:15 pm Lafayette High School

All elected members of your PTO Board are invited to attend the annual Leadership Conference.  There will be dinner service, Dr. Cain will speak, followed by guest speakers, training sessions for PTO Board positions, and breakout sessions for PTO Board members to learn from each other.  It will be an evening of learning and connection. 

 

2. Friday Folders:  if you need items sent home in Friday Folders, please have them in the bins in the workroom by Thursday before noon, if possible. Kate Kyle checks in with the office to see if she needs volunteers for the following morning. If you are ever in a pinch and need someone to copy for you, Kate has offered to have one of her volunteers do it.
