  • Count Me In Update: Donations and Incentives extended until 10/30/24
  • STL CITY Game Reca: final number of tickets purchased was 189 for a total of $945 raised! We have earned a visit from the CITY Street team in October. Date TBD.
  • P’Sghettis - 10/15. Next one…
  • Spring Fundraiser- Save the Date: April 5th, 2024
  • Spirit Wear- 5th Grade shirt sale and whole school sale in November. Michelle will get information out.

 

  1. Caring School Community (CSC) 
  • Dude Crew- Trunk or Treat parking and BBQ at Fall Festival- Sign up Genius to get volunteers
  • All Pro Dads:  Report from Oct 3rd meeting. Next meeting is December 5th at 6:15 pm. Pizza and drinks provided.
  • Dad’s Social: October 16th 7 pm@ Truemans.

 

  1. Support 
  • Fall Parties 10/31/24 - Sign ups for volunteers and supply donations sent out.
  • Parent/Teacher Conference Dinner- 10/23/24 - changing this to a catered meal
  • Buzz Book
  • Adopt-a-Viking- all Vikings have been adopted and families have been assigned. One small treat a month is given to each Viking. 
  • Volunteer Signups- continues to be posted in Viking Voice.

Current volunteers needs:

  • Fab Fun Friday: Thank you to all who donated cookies for  our last FFF. Date of next one and donations needed.

  • Trunk or Treat- October 25th: 6-7:30 Trunk or Treat and DJ in the UV parking lot

Sign up Genius for Decorated Cars and Candy Donations

Dude Crew to organize cars in the parking lot, cook and set up food.

discussed executive board, general board officers and general membership, PTO Info and Save the Dates printed and put on student desks at Meet the Teacher, President’s Forum Tool Kit - Located on district home page and has tools for board officers, Parent Square Training, Website updates, Treasurer information
