1. Welcome

2. PTO Board Member Reports:

1. Treasure
   1. Review Current Profit and Loss Statement & Budget to Date
   2. No more emails for check requests.  Hard copies must be sent to the Treasure.  Once check is cut, it can be picked up in the office
   3. Give Smart Fees
      1. Consumer (Parent) will cover the fee on the Give Smart Platform or to not pay the fee a check can be made out to UV PTO

 

2. Fundraising
   1. Viking Coin Quest - 11/10-11/14; daily updates
   2. Spring Fundraiser - Mouse Races & location secured

 

3. Support
   1. Teachers & Staff are loving “Stock the Lounge
      1. 3rd grade is this month
   2. Fall Party Recap
      1. Went well; maybe figure out a few new crafts for next year
   3. Parent Teacher Conference dinner Recap
      1. Jimmy John’s - well received
   4. Current Volunteer Needs
      1. Winter WonderFest 12-15 people

   1. Trunk or Treat
      1. Spent $850 and went great 
   2. Winter WonderFest
      1. 12/13/25
