• Spring Fundraiser Update: Trivia Riot, focus on a TV TRIVIA theme, will host the evening events, emcee for trivia and create the PowerPoint (yay!). Their fee is $500 for the evening

F)  Caring School Community (CSC) 

• Dude Crew: Huge thanks to Thadd Holdinghausen and the Dude Crew volunteers for giving the parking lot a Fall Festive feel and for all of the help at Trunk or treat!

4. Principal’s Report 

The Exec Board reviewed the grants that teachers submitted. The following were accepted.

Additional Grant Discussion: 

Julie Owens- Request for additional shelving

Whole School- Extra outdoor games for collaborative play- ex. Jenga, Cornhole etc.

 

5. Presidents’ Report 

1. President’s Forum Meeting (Sara will share notes)
2. Save The Date: Intercultural Night hosted by Rockwood Middle School PSO- April 24th
3. 5th Grade Celebration Parent Meeting: November 12, 2024- 7 pm at UV. 5th grade parents are invited to learn more about the end of the year celebrations and how they are able to volunteer.
4. PTO Board Holiday Party- this will take the place of our Dec PTO meeting! 

December 2, 3, 16: need to vote on a date. Sara will send out a Doodle survey.

 

6. Adjournment

For those wanting to go out after the meeting, we are going to head to the Corner Pub.
