A) Secretary

- Minutes from last month’s meeting were approved 

 

B) Treasurer

-Review current Profit and Loss Statement & Budget to Date

 

C) Fundraising

- Restaurant Nights

-Culver’s Night 3/10/25; sign up genius is out for 5th grade helpers

 

-Spring Fundraiser

-April 11, 2025 @ Andres; dress encouraged

-Tickets are on sale; early bird pricing through February end of day 3/3/25

-27 new company donations this year

-In need of grade level parties (promote on grade level Facebook pages) and round sponsors 

 

-Spring Spirit Wear Sale

2/28-3/16; a reminder will go out in 3/4/25 Viking Voice

 

D) Caring School Community (CSC)

-Dude Crew

- Money in the budget to earmark for projects around school

-Spring clean up - make it on sat afternoon?

G) Principal Report

- Geometry/Construction Class at RHS will be constructing two sets of five game for us; cornhole, etc

        The following positions will be posted as open until 3/21:

Ballot will be set on 3/24 and we will have an election at the April 7th meeting.

All incoming and outgoing board members should attend this meeting. 

 

     B) District Board Transition meeting and Vendor Fair May 7th 6:30-8:30. 

        This meeting will be important for outgoing and incoming board members. Mark your calendars!

 

     C) President’s Forum Update: 3 candidates are up for election on 4/8. The League of Women Voters of Metro St. Louis is hosting a Meet the Candidates at Rockwood Annex on 3/5/25 from 6-8 pm. All are welcome to attend.

 

     D) Miscellaneous:

-Rockwood South is still looking for applicants for its Color Run in April

-4/24 Intercultural Night @ Rockwood South
