1. Welcome 

 

*Approve last meeting minutes

2. PTO Board Member Reports:

1. Treasure 

*Review current Profit & Loss Statement & Budget to Date

*Teacher Reimbursements

-Little over half way to budget; each teacher gets up to $200

*New Check Request Form

-Must be put in PTO Treasure mailbox for payment, no more electronic versions

 

2. Fundraising

    *Viking Coin Quest

  -Great campaign, will do again next year

    *Restaurant Nights (Erica Jett)

    *Blues Night - 1/27/26 - tickets available to purchase

    *Spring Fundraiser

-Mouse Races

-Need silent auction donations, bigger raffle items & business        sponsors

-Post all items on site by Spring Break

-Ticket Sales 1st week of March

3. Support

*Friendship Party - Horns Up, Hands In Volunteer Night 2/9/26 (6-8pm)

*Stock the Lounge - 1st Grade

-Would like individual packs of food vs big bags

*March P/T conference dinner

-still looking for catering

 

4. Events

    *Winter Wonderfest Review

-Great Turnout

    *Swing Around Fun Town 5/14/26

 

5. Caring School Community (CSC):

*All Pro Dad - 2/4/26 @ 8pm

*Family Game Night 1/15/26 

-6:30-7:30pm; need to get flyer in Friday Folders

*Variety Show 2/27/26

-1/28 Tryouts after school

-2/25 Rehersals

-Maurine Sacs & Stephanie Benware to help

-Need sign up genius for volunteers

-Meeting Needed in March?

    *Open Board Positions

-Post on PTO FB Page and Viking Voice

- Voting for new members will take place at the April 6th PTO meeting

-Positions Needed:

1 Vice President

1 Treasure (shadow)

1 Secretary

1 Fundraising

2 Events

1 CSC

1 Support

-Discussion of moving CSC under Events and possibly having a total of 2-3 people in that category

      *UV Boutique work days

• Getting shelves ready to put up, moving out rounders
