• Dude Crew- school clean up, we will promoting this group to get it up and running

5. Presidents’ Report 

1.  First Day Celebration Presentation being finalized.

• Monday 8/19/24- Please meet in the cafeteria at 9 am or after you drop your child to their class. 
• Intros - who we are, kids and grade level  and what our role is.
• Talking Points - Each board position has a slide(s). You can discuss your slide and focus on the key points.
• Google Slides presentation on drive, everyone please check your section.

2. PTO Slide Presentation Sharing:

•  What are your thoughts of sharing the slide presentation on the PTO FB page/Grade Level Pages/Parent Square? There are links to sign up for several things that many volunteers may miss at the in person training. 

3. PTO Website

• All updates have been turned in.
• We will be attaching agenda and  board minutes monthly.
• Additional Training to learn how to add and edit will be scheduled.

4.  PTO Closet

• Thank you to all who helped clean out the closet. Everything is organized and labeled and ready for the school year! We can take a minute to walk through so you can see where supplies are. Let's try and make a point to keep this organized.

5. PTO Copies for Friday Folders
